Testimonials

"Westwind Brass performed at our school for our third through fifth grade students and teachers. The performance was educational, interactive, engaging, and entertaining. Most importantly, students came away with their eyes open to a whole new world, and the realization that playing an instrument is possible for anyone who wants to learn- even boys and girls from the barrio."
— Rita Powell, Vice Principal of Logan Elementary School

"Our students are socio-economically disadvantaged, so exposure to music is certainly welcomed and appreciated. Your group certainly 'planted the seed' of developing our interest in music. I was observing our students and they were totally engaged the entire time."
— Julia Carillo, Prinicipal, Crown Point Elementary

"All the children in my class absolutely adored this assembly. Numerous children were concerned that somehow they would miss out participating next year because they were going to be in a different grade."
— Donna Vaughan, Visual & Performing Arts Representative, Hamilton Elementary School
