Our concert will feature a unique blend of music, with a European flair to honor the neighborhood's heritage, as well as popular selections from the eras celebrating California's 175th and America's 205th anniversaries. Getting the 4th ready. Latin American Cultural Festival At the United States Consulate in Tijuana, the details of the 4th were released. Latin American Cultural Festival, which will be held in Loreto BCS on October 24th and 25th. The Feria del Hueso (Bone Fair) is a family event that complements the Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration with activities such as dances, music, altar and catrinas contests, as well as other artistic and cultural events. There are also booths for selling products and food.
